Reteur/ Exchange Policy

Scentway Return and Exchange Policy is a follows: 


Any missing, damaged or incorrect items in your shipment should be reported to us within 5 business days of your delivery date.

DiffuserYou may return your Scentway diffuser within 30 days of receiving the diffuser for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Fragrance OilsYou may return any of our oils within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.

Exchanges- Customers may exchange any of our products within 30 days of receiving the item, for an exchange of another Scentway item of equal or lesser value as long as the product is unused and is in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items- All promotional items, discounted items, and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales, monthly subscription items, and promotional offers.

Point of Purchase- Only items that have been purchased directly from our website can be returned to Scentway.  Products purchased through other retailers, affiliates, or distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Shipping- The customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.

Damaged Items- When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact our customer car immediately 

Please provide the order number along with your best phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide images of the damages incurred and retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


How to Return an Item

If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at  with your name, order number and issue. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.  This will ensure a speedy resolution.  Please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Scentway is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange. Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
